Ingredients
- 2 tbsp pureed Pumpkin (heaping)
- 2 Frozen Banana
- 1/2 cup frozen Mango
- 12 fl oz water
- 1/2 cup frozen Cauliflower
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsweetened Soy Milk
- 1/3 tsp stevia Powder
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until creamy.
Notes
- this recipe makes 2 x 16 glasses of smoothie
- you don’t taste the frozen cauliflower – it just adds thickness to the smoothie!
