pumpkin mango cauliflower smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp pureed Pumpkin (heaping)
  • 2 Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen Mango
  • 12 fl oz water
  • 1/2 cup frozen Cauliflower
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened Soy Milk
  • 1/3 tsp stevia Powder

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until creamy.

Notes

  • this recipe makes 2 x 16 glasses of smoothie
  • you don’t taste the frozen cauliflower – it just adds thickness to the smoothie!
