Here is a full day of what I eat as a vegan who follows a low calorie density diet.  I’ve eaten this way since October 2019 and have lost over 25 pounds without countaing calories or ‘portion controlling’.   I film a video sharing what a full day of eating looks like for me every Wednesday on my youtube channel: MelissaAlexandria01

BREAKFAST:  Smoothie with frozen bananas, handful of spinach, handful of frozen blackberries, frozen peaches, cinnamon, splash of unsweetened soymilk and water.

LUNCH: Baked sweet potato, steamed (from frozen) broccoli with cream sauce on top. To make the sauce, blend together: 1 rinsed can of cannellini beans (white kidney beans), 1 ripe avocado, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and a pinch of salt. Topped with chilli flakes.

DINNER: Pasta with steamed zucchini, 1/2 onion, corn (cooked from frozen), tomato sauce with garlic powder, chilli flakes, salt.
