Here is a full day of what I eat as a vegan who follows a low calorie density diet. I’ve eaten this way since October 2019 and have lost over 25 pounds without countaing calories or ‘portion controlling’. I film a video sharing what a full day of eating looks like for me every Wednesday on my youtube channel: MelissaAlexandria01

BREAKFAST: Big bowl of oatmeal (approx 2 cups dry) with a splash of unsweetened soymilk, a handful of frozen raspberries, a tablespoon of raspberry jam (not optimal for weight loss, as it’s higher calorie density) a sprinkle of Enzo Stevia (here’s the link for it https://amzn.to/2B2rnpP ) and lots of cinnamon.

DESSERT: The most delicious Raspberry, Peach Smoothie ever. This has seriously got to be up there with one of my top 3 flavors of smoothies. It tastes like ice cream – and it’s healthy! Ingredients: 2 x frozen bananas (frozen when very ripe, for sweetness), frozen raspberries, frozen peaches, unsweetened soy, almond or coconut milk, stevia (for extra sweetness) and water. (another option to really make this extra delish is a few drops of pure vanilla extract.) To watch me make this smoothie, click here: https://youtu.be/JNO-r4Sdlu4?t=594
